Booking Terms and Conditions for Rebel Renewal: A Holistic Healing Retreat Italy
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between rebel radiance retreats ("Organizer") and the client ("Client") for the event or service ("Event") specified in the booking form. By making a booking and/or submitting a deposit, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Payment Structure
The payment for the Event will be collected in three phases (unless paid in full upfront):
Deposit: A deposit of £500 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your place and is non-refundable except in special circumstances at the Organizer's discretion.
Phase Two (50%): The second payment, equaling 50% of the total cost, will be collected on 1st March 2025.
Phase Three (50%): The final payment, equaling the remaining 50% of the total cost, will be collected on 1st May 2025.
All payments are non-refundable except in cases of extenuating circumstances as determined by the Organizer. Bookings made after 1st May 2025 will require full payment within 30 days of the deposit being paid.
2. January 10% off Offer
The REBELRENEWAL10 promo code offers a 10% discount on any package purchased between 12:00am GMT Monday 6th January - 11:59pm GMT Friday 31st January 2025. This offer is applicable to all packages available at the time of booking and can be applied to the total balance.
The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, and the discount is not transferable to any future bookings or events.
3. Payment in Full at Time of Booking
If the Client chooses to pay the full balance at the time of booking, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Full refund (minus the deposit of £500): Any cancellation made before 1st March 2025 will result in a full refund, minus the deposit amount of £350.
50% Refund: Cancellations made after 1st March 2025 but before 1st May 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total balance.
Non-refundable after 1st May 2025: Cancellations made after 1st May 2025 are non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances as determined by the Organizer. In some cases, the booking may be transferable under these circumstances.
4. Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or post).
If the Client cancels before the due date of Phase Two (1st March 2025), they will be entitled to a refund (as specified above).
After the due date for Phase Two (1st March 2025), the refund policy becomes limited. Cancellations made after Phase Two or Phase Three payments are due will not be refunded unless extenuating circumstances apply.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, health concerns, etc.). If the Event is canceled by the Organizer, a full refund will be provided to the Client, including the deposit. The Organizer will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Client (e.g., travel, accommodation, etc.).
5. Privacy Statement & Consent to Use of Media
By booking the Event, the Client agrees to allow the Organizer to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of the Event and the Client during the Event. These images and recordings may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, promotional materials, and future event promotions.
If the Client does not consent to being photographed or filmed, the Client must inform the Organizer in writing before the Event. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client’s request, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from visual or audio recordings during the Event.
6. Medical Disclaimer
The Client confirms that they are in good health and able to participate in the Event. The Client understands that certain activities or experiences may involve physical exertion or challenges. The Client agrees to notify the Organizer of any health-related issues or allergies prior to the Event. The Organizer is not liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, or health complications that may occur during the Event. The Client participates at their own risk.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove a Client from an activity or the Event if it is deemed necessary for the safety or well-being of the Client or other participants.
7. Liability
The Organizer will take all reasonable care to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the Client throughout the Event. However, the Organizer will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to the Client’s personal property, health, or well-being during the Event, except in cases where such loss or injury is caused by the Organizer’s negligence.
8. Force Majeure
