Meet Abby: Yoga and Pilates Teacher merging Movement, Energy & Joyful Living
Abby is a yoga and Pilates teacher based in London and the founder of rebel radiance retreats. Her journey into yoga began during a time of stress and sadness, when her sister suggested she try a class. It was love at first flow—Abby quickly discovered yoga’s transformative power, not just physically, but in the deep sense of inner peace and “flow state” it brought.
Hooked by the benefits on her mental and physical body, Abby immersed herself in holistic healing. She completed her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings in Thailand, along with training in other energy healing practices. Her love of movement called her to train in Classical Matwork Pilates Level I-V under Sabrina Kelly.
Passionate about Eastern philosophy, Abby believes a yogic approach to life helps you reconnect to your true self, especially in the hustle of city life. The most important lesson from yoga is to have fun and not take life too seriously, because our time is short and we are just tiny specks in the Universe!
She brings this mindset into her classes, blending breathwork, mindful flow, and juicy sequencing with a focus on breath and control. Abby believes in helping people get IN to their bodies, connect to themselves through mindful movement and breath, using the tools from her training to help people re-regulate themselves and feel good from the inside out.
Meet Anton: Yoga Teacher, Movement Explorer, & Advocate for Play
Anton has been teaching yoga around London since completing their training in 2017. For Anton, yoga is not just a practice, but a transformative journey that has played a key role in shaping who they are today.
Anton is a science girly at heart and loves to explore the connection between the biomechanics of the body and mind to movement. With a passion for anatomy, Anton loves to incorporate other forms of movement and drills into their classes and workshops, taking inspiration from calisthenics, mobility, and even neuroscience!
Anton believes that yoga is unique to each person, and approaches yoga as a personal journey of self-discovery, one that evolves to meet each individual where they are. Anton’s teaching style is infused with humour, lightness, and a playful attitude towards movement while keeping it accessible. They offer a space to play, explore, maybe learn something new, and most of all, have fun with it!
Whether students are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Anton’s goal is to help them meet their edge, push beyond it, and take what they learn into all areas of life. Anton invites students to share in the wobbles, wiggles, and laughs that come with the practice – both on and off the mat.

Meet Charlotte: A Yoga Teacher Who Blends Strength, Serenity, & Somatic Healing
Charlotte is a passionate yoga and movement enthusiast who has been teaching since she first moved to London 10 years ago. Charlotte loves to create a serene space where practitioners feel supported and held, and encouraged to work to their edge by using their inner strength as well as their physical body.
Starting out in the classroom as a primary school teacher, she found herself in her first yoga class to help with back pain and improve her posture. Coming to the mat initially for physical reasons, she stayed for the space the practice created in her mind and body. With a keen interest in breathwork and somatic healing, she used her practice to help deal with stress and a busy mind.
Charlotte’s classes reflect this blend of serenity and strength; they are infused with elements of meditation and pranayama, an invitation to explore the edges of your physical and mental limitations.
With training in Pilates and Yin, you can expect a strong, dynamic flow interlaced with moments of calm and deep stretching, followed by deep relaxation in yoga Nidra or the perfect Savasana song.
